Terms of Use for This Site
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply when you use shootingbar.garden and the services Shootingbar Concrete offers on it. If you use the site, call the number shown, or send a form, you agree to these terms. This page is a general template, not legal advice.
What We Do
Shootingbar Concrete is a referral and marketing service. We introduce homeowners to independent concrete contractors. We do not pour, finish, stamp, seal, or install concrete. We are also not a party to any contract between you and a contractor.
Contractors Are Independent
The contractors we connect you with run their own businesses. Each one is solely responsible for its estimates, prices, schedule, workmanship, licenses, insurance, and conduct. We do not employ, direct, or control them. We make no promise about when they are available, how fast they work, or how the job turns out.
Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask for proof of insurance. Get the estimate in writing.
Information, Not Professional Advice
The content here is general information. It is not engineering, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Any cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They are not quotes, and they change from job to job. Confirm the details with a qualified contractor and your local permit office.
What We Ask of You
Give accurate information when you contact us. Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt it, or try to get in without permission.
Calls, Texts, and Emails
When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the contractor we connect you with, may reach you about your request. That can be by phone, text, or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To stop hearing from us, email contact@shootingbar.garden at any time.
Who Owns the Site Content
The text and design of this site belong to Shootingbar Concrete or those who license it to us. Do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without our permission.
Limits on Our Liability
The law sets the outer limit here. Within that limit, Shootingbar Concrete is not liable for any loss or harm that arises from your use of the site, from a contractor's services, or from any deal between you and a contractor. The site is offered "as is", with no warranties of any kind.
Changes to These Terms
We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
